You're A Great Fit For Our Team!

Atlantic Academy is currently on the lookout for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team.

We need your assistance in spreading the word and connecting us with individuals who possess the drive to make a difference in the lives of our students.

As of now, our waitlist for student admissions continues to grow, but without the necessary staffing, we are unable to accommodate these eager learners.

Consequently, students in our MidCoast region are left without the essential emotional, social, behavioral, and educational support they urgently require.

It's disheartening to witness the challenges faced by these young individuals and their families, as their educational and developmental needs remain unmet.

At Atlantic Academy, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional level of care and education. With our committed team and outstanding clinical oversight, we have been recognized as leaders in effectively addressing the complex needs of students in crisis.

Our recent achievements, including the successful reintegration of students into mainstream school settings, breakthroughs in literacy education, and a significant decrease in behavioral interventions, underscore our commitment to fostering holistic growth and development.

Joining our team means not only being a part of a dynamic and professional work environment but also contributing to a community dedicated to each staff member's personal and professional growth.

We offer competitive compensation, including a starting hourly rate between $19.50 and $26.00, alongside comprehensive benefits such as health and dental insurance, paid time off, paid vacation and holidays, and continuous education support.

We are actively seeking compassionate and motivated individuals with a minimum of 60 college credits (ideally 90 credits) and a clean criminal record to fill the role of Ed Tech/BHP.

This position involves working closely with students under the guidance of our exceptional clinical and educational leadership team.

Your involvement in this mission could truly make a difference in the lives of these students and their families.
